A minimum spend is applicable to all events at Dean & Nancy on 22, dependable on the space reserved and the night of the week. All private events at Dean & Nancy on 22 incur a venue hire fee. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of signing your contract. A 5% service fee (Tips & gratuities) based on the minimum spend is applicable to all events at Dean & Nancy on 22 (included in your minimum spend requirement). A valid credit card is required to be held on file for all events at Dean & Nancy on 22. Our Event Kit pricing is subject to change. Your event costs are confirmed once a contract has been issued and returned signed. We do not permit private events on Friday and Saturday nights due to the high demand we have for the venue. Sunday surcharges may apply.
